Clean Focus completed one of the largest rooftop solar power systems in North America – a 4.8MW array atop Jersey Gardens Mall in Elizabeth, NJ. The project is comprised of 15,000 solar modules and generates 11% of the mall’s electrical demand – the equivalent energy to power 565 New Jersey homes.
Clean Focus completed the largest solar development in New England, Cape and Vineyard Solar. Seven of the nine projects are sited on capped landfill, turning these environmental liabilities into environmental assets. The output of the solar development will fuel 45% of the Cape & Vineyard Electric Cooperative municipal electric load. They will also reduce regional greenhouse gas emissions – the equivalent of removing approximately 2,700 passenger vehicles from the road.
Clean Focus successfully led a team of partners and investors to deploy carport and three rooftop installations. Rooftop-mounted solar arrays were installed at the Hillsborough and Somerville YMCA facilities. A new carport structure was designed and constructed to facilitate solar deployment at the Bridgewater location.
